All content, trademarks, and branding on PEYWENDI are owned by THEORIST LLC or licensed to us.

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any relationships formed or not formed through PEYWENDI.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THEORIST LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
